How can I figure out shipping for an item?

When you add a product to the cart you can enter in your postal / zip code, city, province or state and country where the product(s) will be shipped to and the system will calculate the shipping based on today's rates. If the system cannot calculate your shipping rate the phrase you will be unable to checkout. Please ensure your postal code is formated with a space, and that we ship to your area. We will arrange with you for the best rate possible, an order will not be charged until you approve the cost of shipping.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

We will accept product for exchange or refund at full value providing:

  • » Product is in unused, new condition in its original package
  • » Dated cash register receipt accompanies the return
  • » Product is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • » No refunds or exchanges will be accepted during the annual Boxing Day or Wall to Wall Sales (no exceptions)

    Note: Product returned in new condition in it's original package without a till receipt will be credited at the lowest sale price of the year.
    Should any product purchased from The Fishin' Hole go on sale within 14 days of purchase a credit will be issued for the difference. The two exceptions to this will be the annual Boxing Day and Wall to Wall Sales as noted above.
  • What is the store warranty policy?

    The Fishin' Hole online store carries over 17,000 quality products purchased from reliable suppliers and stands behind all merchandise purchased from our stores. The manufacturers warranty will be offered in all cases and where necessary our staff will offer assistance in arranging settlement of warranty claims. The terms of the manufacturers warranty will be followed and a dated cash register receipt is required for processing these claims. Warranty items that do not have a receipt are subject to a $20 handling charge.

    Although we do take a great deal of time in preparing this site, our catalogues and ad materials, errors do occur. We therefore reserve the right to make changes without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

    All prices are subject to change, online or in print. The website is updated multiple times a day, you can also contact us if you wish to verify any prices.

    Inventory levels are updated multiple times a day. In the case of inventory shortages, priority will be given to the orders that have entered the system first. All items are subject to prior sale.
